Who is this session for?
This session is for people who are volunteering through Creative Pathways in the Shire (or are alumni). It is also open to people working/volunteering at arts, culture, and heritage organisations in Herefordshire.
This is a one hour interactive session and the focus is on Instagram as a tool for promoting yourself as an artist or arts organisation.
In this session, we will cover how to use pictures and video clips to make a reel, post, or story, how to upload to Instagram, use of hashtags and tagging, know your audience, and using other design apps to create posts.
We won't be covering social media marketing strategy..

Who is this session for?
This session is primarily aimed at people at or near the beginning of their funding journey. If you find yourself being the person in your small voluntary group or organisation who applies for funding, but you’ve never received any training or support to help you to do it, then this 3 hour introductory course is for you.

Session Leader Peter Salt has worked extensively as both a grant-giver and a fundraiser in a range of contexts, including local authorities, community projects and the arts. He has raised significant sums from independent trusts and foundations, as well as from national funding schemes including the National Lottery and Arts Council England. He is a graduate of the National Arts Funding School.
This forum is open to organisations who work with volunteers in the arts, culture and heritage sectors.
